Course Overview
This course is designed for individuals working in or preparing to work in the licensed retail sector. It is a mandatory qualification for anyone wishing to apply for a personal licence to authorise the sale of alcohol under the Licensing Act 2003 in England and Wales.
By completing this course, learners will develop their understanding of licensing legislation, the responsibilities of personal licence holders, and the importance of promoting licensing objectives.

Format: 1-hour multiple-choice exam (40 questions).
Pass Mark: 28 correct answers required to achieve certification.
