Our Accreditations
At Roman Training, our accreditations are a testament to our commitment to quality, ethics, and inclusivity. Through these partnerships and recognitions, we ensure that our services meet the highest standards for our learners, employees, clients and the communities we serve.

Living Wage Employer
As an accredited Living Wage employer, we believe in fair compensation for everyone who works with us. Our team members earn a minimum of £12.60 per hour across the UK and £13.85 per hour in London—well above the government’s minimum wage for over-21s, currently set at £11.44 per hour.
Choosing to pay the real Living Wage is about ensuring our team can achieve a decent standard of living. Calculated independently, this rate reflects the true cost of living, helping employees and their families thrive. Since 2011, the Living Wage movement has benefited over 460,000 workers across the UK.
At Roman Training, we value our people and always look for ways to motivate, support, and advance them. Fair pay is just the beginning. If you’d like to join a team that shares these values, email us at workwithroman@romantraining.co.uk.
Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH)
At Roman Training, we’re proud to be accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), the world’s oldest public health organisation. Established in 1856, RSPH is an independent charity committed to improving health and wellbeing through education, advocacy, and community engagement. Their vision reflects our own commitment: that everyone, in every community and workplace, has the opportunity to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
RSPH qualifications are rigorously developed to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Backed by decades of expert subject knowledge and the input of leading public health professionals, an RSPH-accredited qualification stands out.
RSPH’s development process means that our learners are equipped to address real-world challenges, enhancing both their careers and the health of the communities they work in.
This accreditation highlights our commitment to quality training, with a curriculum rooted in current, evidence-based knowledge on health and safety. Our courses equip learners with skills that not only advance their careers but also contribute to a healthier, safer community.

Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
In today’s digital world, data privacy is crucial, and we take it very seriously at Roman Training. As a registered organisation with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), we adhere to strict guidelines on data collection, processing, and storage.
Our ICO Certification assures everyone who interacts with us that their personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity. From learner records to client information, we operate with transparency, security, and responsibility. This reinforces our commitment to trust and privacy in all our interactions.
Disability Confident
Inclusivity is central to our mission at Roman Training, and our Disability Confident accreditation reflects our commitment to fostering an accessible and supportive workplace for all abilities.
Being a Disability Confident employer means we’re proactive in providing opportunities, removing barriers, and ensuring fair treatment for everyone. We aim to build a work environment that not only accommodates but champions individuals with disabilities, enabling all team members to thrive and succeed. Our goal is to cultivate a culture of respect, understanding, and empowerment.
